Day 6 CrossFit Challenge WOD

Here’s today’s workout:

50-100 jumping jacks, 25 air squats, 20 push-ups, for time*

*”For Time” means to go as hard as you can, as fast as you can. Basically, seeing how good of a “time” you can get on a workout. The next time you do that workout, you will do it again “for time” and will see if you can beat your previous time.

**If you want to add some difficulty to your jumping jacks, you can hold some weights or something from around the house in each hand:

    Hi there!! I am enjoying the WOD, though my muscles are screaming, PLEASE STOP!! Can you explain the “For Time” part of today’s workout?

      Hi, Andrea! “For Time” means to go as hard as you can, as fast as you can. Basically, seeing how good of a “time” you can get on a workout. The next time you do that workout, you will do it again “for time” and will see if you can beat your previous time. Does that make sense?

    Loving this challenge and praying about the paleo diet. My hubbie would love it at home, he does it at the fire station.

    As for todays workout…..time would have been better if I didn’t have to “go” after the jumping jacks. A definite draw back to natural child birth.

      Hey, Jen! Maybe you could do the jumping jacks last? That might help with the timing aspect, at least.
